Michael Giltz: DVDs -- "Life On Mars" And Those Clever Brits
I can't help romanticizing the British TV industry. We often see only the best of the best of British telly so it seems remarkably high in quality. Plus, the way their industry developed, many shows only have to produce six or eight episodes at a time, take a break and then -- if they want -- create six more. Take The Office -- one of the best sitcoms of all time, full stop.
